ACCOUNTABILITIES
E-CRM Executive (email marketing executive) - To manage the effective use of Email Marketing in combination with CRM techniques and software as part of an integrated promotional Marketing Strategy
Salary £25 - £30,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits
Principal Accountabilities • Optimise and implement Email campaigns to engage, activate, retain and reactivate customers • Develop CRM strategy in partnership with Digital Marketing Manager • Define triggers in the customer lifecycle for regular CRM activity • Stay abreast of changes to successful CRM marketing practice, Technology and Competitor activity, modifying best practice where appropriate • Design email communications, working with Design & Production team and/or Agencies • Maintain brand integrity and regulatory compliance through all communications • Thorough analysis of results, producing reports for circulation at different levels throughout the business • Contribute to wider Marketing Department activity, sharing and challenging ideas • Work effectively with different departments across the business, particularly Customer Service, IT and PR • Manage CRM system, ensuring Data integrity and Quality • Recommend and project manage updates to the CRM system
Technical Knowledge • CRM Database management, importing and exporting data for use in CRM campaigns. • Testing communications for design integrity. • Testing communications for effectiveness, using control groups and A/B split testing. • Analytical capability, using various tools and techniques to refine customer communications. • Email, Web and Direct Mail design techniques. • Good understanding of investment markets and products. • Awareness of FSA Regulations as they apply to the marketing of our products and services; • Segmentation analysis and management.

Person Specification for role
Qualifications · 5 GCSEs at Grade C and above · 3 A-Levels (or equivalent) at Grade C and above · Professional Marketing qualification e.g. CIM Diploma - Desirable
Experience · Email distribution software e.g. DotMailer, Adestra or Mailchimp · CRM database management · Effective execution of a segmented CRM strategy · Campaign planning · Campaign analysis · Worked in Financial Services environment - Desirable
