ACCOUNTABILITIES
Our locally based client, operating in the customer insight industry, is seeking a sales focussed and target driven Commercial Manager to lead the development of new and existing accounts.
This position requires an individual with strong planning, coaching, and delegation skills who will take responsibility for group revenue and retention, concept development and the leadership/development of a successful and highly motivated team. The role is a customer focussed position with the primary function of developing and maintaining senior client relationships and management of projects.
Duties & Responsibilities · To achieve revenue targets from existing and new clients · To contribute to new business wins in conjunction with the Business Development team · To support on-going key customer relationships and identify opportunities to develop senior level client relationships and drive upsell revenue · To win new clients, ensuring their expectations are met and strong relationships are developed · To input to design of key projects · To create compelling business propositions based on meeting client needs around customer insight and analysis · To inspire a high-performing client service team
