To provide analytical support to the Planning Manager and the rest of the Planning Team, working with key stakeholders internally such as Group Supply Chain, Group Manufacturing and Group Sales.
Working to provide, analyse and enter into the planning systems key data as part of the normal monthly planning cycle such as sales data, manufacturing data, inter-regional support data and stock numbers. Also to provide analysis and data for the normal monthly planning cycle for material usage, deliveries and stocks. This role will also be involved in the mid cycle analysis of all the above data versus the current plan and differences highlighted so that timely actions can be taken to ensure the Sector remains on track against the department KPI"s.
A key point of contact for collating / analysing data for projects, and ad-hoc work such as the complexity projects and any additional work required when completing a financial forecast.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Relevant Degree or equivalent within a business discipline
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a fast moving business function Detailed and analytical background, producing data and presentations Evidence of a strong and frequent communicator at all levels of a business Advanced level excel and other MSO packages Natural ability with figures and calculations Strong and confident communication skills both verbal and written
