ACCOUNTABILITIES
My client based in Hemel Hempstead is looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits analyst to join their dynamic & thriving business. The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for assisting the Head of Compensation & Benefits with reporting, managing, and supporting the company's compensation and benefits programmes globally. They will be responsible for timely and accurate reporting of Human Capital data ensuring that applicable internal controls and policies are applied in order to ensure that the business risk is minimised.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
· Preparation of required reports and associated analysis · Pay reviews, whether they are on an individual or business unit basis · Bonus and incentive scheme administration, including payments · Advice and guidance to HR colleagues, operational managers and project teams · Provide salary benchmarking across all roles including salary survey input · Acquisitions and disposals, contract mobilisation and restructures · Accountable for the completion of standard or non-standard tasks, within the scope of the function · Reward cost modelling (e.g. internal and external benchmarking, budget analysis, pay negotiations etc.) · Input to planning activities for up to 12 months · Makes decisions within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience
Skills and Qualifications
· College Degree required. · 2-3 years previous experience in Compensation & Benefits required · Strong analytical skills · Experience in using Oracle HRMS including, preferably, Discoverer. · Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of application (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc). · Good communication skills both written and oral · Ability to work and succeed in multi-cultural environment. · Capacity to work independently on own initiative whilst being a team player. · Assertive with a confident personality.
